Beautiful evening with Tsead Bruinja and another 12 Queridodikters.
Beautiful building centrally located. Very cool decor to visit theater performances.
I expected more english version book or local book fair poster sth. However, there is a few.
It is a cosy little theatre in the heart of Amsterdam.
Nice selection of poetry books, with a large focus on the Dutch language selection, but with a pretty sizeable collection of English language (and I think German, Russian and French) books. Friendly staff and central location.
Without a doubt the best free children's playground in Amsterdam. Understated, in a pleasant courtyard. The choice of devices may leave something to be desired, but on the other hand I notice slowing down. But what really makes this playground the bomb is the adjacent waiting area for parents, where they even have some kind of entertainment program set up while you wait for your child. The same local regional poets who try to sell in the cute shop next door. Don't look for a well-known poet like Koenraad Goudeseune, because these hipsters mainly sell regional poetry, such as the TV quiz BN'er Stella Bergsma, who lives around the corner. But nowadays, buy locally! Downside I found the gallery of white white men who were nailed above the door for worship and where I did not immediately see the connection with the playground, but the playground director (white, old, white) pointed out that this was by the old playground board hung and promised improvement. All in all a crushing playground experience and it costs nothing at all as long as you don't let a booklet be spread by these 'volunteers'. I put this in quotes because there was a hipster skinhead working in the store who kept emphasizing doing this work voluntarily, with such emphasis that it started to sound suspicious. No, it should not spoil the fun, this is the best children's playground in Amsterdam and don't hesitate to try such a local poem! However, do not read it out loud because the balding man in the rehabilitation program is struggling with a volunteer disorder.
Very nice building. Nice separate setting. Ton Rozeman's lessons were very good.
Small theater so nice intimate and looks very nice. Nice staff too.
Wonderful place. Nice atmosphere and a special bookstore
