We are a Heritage Business Systems customer that was transferred over after the buyout by Stewart. We were left without a usable copier in our non-profit for a year due to negligence on Heritage/Stewart's part. We were forced to hire outside IT to resolve the issue, which they did quickly. Mark Hepburn refuses to return our calls and emails. This is not a company you want to do business with.
