I have worked with this firm for many years and I highly recommend them. My situation is a bit unusual - I am Deaf and I don't speak or lip read, so I use sign language or write things down to communicate. I knew the firm would not have the budget to provide sign language interpreters, and Michael and Oxana were fantastic at putting in the effort to communicate effectively with me. They were very patient and answered all my emails, questions and worries, even when my lack of knowledge about immigration and the law meant there were a lot of questions. I do not have a great experience, i had hired sterling for my employment case. The Solicitor (I wont name here) made a mockery out of the situation, extremely insulting remarks by him with no value add. When i had reached out to sterling management with evidences, they assured of action but then tried to make more money by exploiting my situation rather offering me quality advise or money. I have done multiple follow ups but no response. I do not rate this firm great at all, find them very unprofessional as they dont correct their mistake just acknowledge it and try to make only money.

Few years ago I and my wife had some difficulties with the home office and were not allowed to get married and I was detained.
We were recommended Ruslan Kosarenko by our friend who told us that he released her husband from the airport when he was on his way to be removed back to his country even though they had a child together and she was expecting their second child.
But before we learned about Ruslan, we went to another lawyer (suggested by another friend) who said that we did not have any chances to get married and that I have to leave UK voluntary and then we can marry each other abroad and apply from abroad for a Family permit, as my wife is an EU national.
Of course, it was not an option for us because we were in a difficult financial situation and my absence from the UK would leave us without any income; also we were very very in love :)
Then we were introduced by my neighbour to the woman who told us the story about her husband. We were impressed and thought that we still have some chance.
I now remember that we called lawyer on Saturday and we met on Sunday and were told that there is a chance for us.
Overall, we went through my arrest at our marriage ceremony, my detention, bail, which was horrifying, and with Ruslan's help I was released and we were allowed to get married.

I have contacted the service about getting a Tier 5 visa in early April. The team was extremely quick to respond and provide me with a short conversation to explain the steps they recommend in a simple comprehensible manner.

Seems like the company has pretty good reviews in general, but our case worker Nataliya was just awful from start to finish. We hired S&L to help with an EEA Family visa application and it was incredibly stressful due to the poor and slow (and sometimes wrong) communication and information received. Our application was also delayed by a couple of weeks because of this. We tried to get them to change our case worker, but had no luck with it.

I can highly recommend Kuldeep Clair if you need a legal advisor for your redundancy settlement. This can be a stressful time but none of that applied here. I found him friendly and highly professional and he dealt with matters in a prompt and efficient manner, willing to spend whatever time I needed to iron things out. I was never in doubt of a satisfactory outcome.
