The apartment is great and modern, amazing building and location!! When we arrived we noticed the coffee table had a slanted leg and we told them and immediately ordered a new one!

Very professional and accommodating property managers. They are very responsive and have had a great experience renting from Sterling Holdings. Being in New York since 2001 you run into some real shady landlords but not Sterling.
