Stephen C. O'Connell Center Review

Affectionately known as the Odome, this place is rocking during basketball season. It was recently renovated and looks great. They host many concerts and speaking events here as well. Even if you're just touring the campus it's worth checking out

Great facility. Clean. Helpful staff. A pleasure to attend. We saw a basketball game & then 2 nights later, the lady Gator gymnastics!! Go Gators!

Nice, new building with very little air conditioning, hot, wear thin clothes. Not a good experience.

If you've been swimming in the Student Rec pool, junping from 50 meters down to 25 yards is a bit of a shock to your counting system, but the pool is super clean and well maintained. Definitely a good place to do some laps if the rain's really coming down.

Amazing! I'm not a Florida fan but really enjoyed the game. There is no bad seat in the gym! You can hear everything even from your seats too! My wife and I enjoyed it!

It's part of the University of Florida, absolutely love that place!! It's the basketball arena for the Florida Gators!

Had an awesome time at the UF Gator volleyball game!

This place was very easy to get tickets and watch a quick game. Would have been nice if they won.

Concession does not provide an appropriate meal for event type.

Terrifying I'm Afraid of heights so I had to stand towards lobby. Unable to sit in handicap section. Beautiful though. Should have opened more lower.

Shands @ UF did an outstanding job from presentation , food , to decorating, lighting and facilitating tonight's event. This was impressive!

Very nice arena. Party around the area with good ol local bars.

Well run arena. Recently updated. Lots of food stations and clean bathrooms. Staff helpful and welcoming.

C O Connell center is newest renovated facility. Very beautiful, one of be most beautiful arenas I ve ever seen. Very stylish and welcoming , never been more proud to be a gator fan !!!

Good swim facility, except for ventilation system seems to need work- strong chlorine smell when we attended in December 2018.

Very nice. The only complaint would be the bottleneck when trying to exit the parking lot. There are gates the exit onto University. However, I have never seen the University or the University Police Department utilize them.

Comfortable seat, audio sound was great and very clean and organized facility. Only negative was prices at the concessions are very over priced.

Extremely helpful staff, answered questions, everything flowed well, security was on point.

This is a quality stadium for Gator sporting events like basketball and gymnastics. The seats are comfortable and easily accessible. The air conditioner works well so it is never too hot. However, the seating is very steep which makes me feel like I may fall down when I exit a crowded row. This is also a good feature because it makes it easy to see over people sitting in front of you.

Great place; continued improvements. Stay off the roof kids!

Locals call it the O-dome. It has the Gator basketball court and a competition swimming pool inside. It is also a local venue for concerts, shows and such. I once saw a tractor pull contest inside where they put down plywood and dirt ... almost got smoked out of there.

Grad day and the concessions stands were open, great planning!
