Stellar Spa Review

I visted several pool places and was not impressed with the hot tubs and certainly not with the prices. The pumps were weak, they had colors that I did not want so I started looking elsewhere and found Stellar spas. Not only did I get the color I wanted, I got the power! A full 10 horsepower and it ended up being $1000 in savings. I would strongly recommend that on a purchase like this you get exactly what you want and don't settle for what pool sales places have. I purchased my first hot tub about 4 months ago from Stellar Spas. Suffice to say, I was extremely satisfied, not only with the spa, but the customer service and personal attention. Being a first-time hot tub buyer, I naturally had a vast array of questions. Terry was very informative, helpful and patient with me. He was simply friendly and helpful, but at no time did I feel pressured to purchase. I went with the Monaco and am ecstatic with that decision. I got the thicker cover, spa jacket, cover lifter, steps, chemical kit, 2 extra filters, handrail and optional perimeter LED lighting. The LED lighting is phenomenal well worth the money. Stellar Spas hot tubs are a far better value for the same quality compared to those my mom and I saw after visiting two local showroom dealers. But their prices were crazy expensive! I love my spa and highly recommend Stellar Spas to anyone in the market.

My husband and I wanted a hot tub and with the prices we were actually looking at used tubs locally. I came upon stellar spas website and I'm so thankful that I did. We were very hesitant to buy a spa from a wholesaler that didn't have a showroom but our spa is amazing. From start to finish from the day we ordered until the day it was delivered was very easy and communication was excellent between us and Terry. Don't hesitate to buy.... I just wanted to let you know that the spa was delivered on Thursday July 11 2019. I was out of town but my wife was home to accept the delivery. The spa arrived in perfect condition. We hired a local spa moving company to place the spa in our back yard. My wife is positive that it was the best $150 we have ever spent. The movers had to go through the neighbors property and remove and replace a section of our fence.

I hooked up the electrical on Saturday and filled the spa. We are first time spa owners as we had discussed with you. We invited some friends over to enjoy the tub on Saturday evening. Since the temperatures were in the high 90 s, we weren t sure what temperature would be best. We set the spa at 95 degrees and it was ready by about 7pm. My wife and I are very impressed with the spa and our friends were as well. They recently purchased their second spa and I believe that they were feeling a little jealous of all the features that our spa came with as standard.

The lighting is really great and this thing really cranks out the power with the diverter valves on full. The controls are pretty simple to learn and the entire spa seems very durable. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this spa. By the way the cover lift is one of the best designs I have seen with no need to attach it to the cabinet. We love the way the lift simply slides under the spa and that holds it in place.

I told you that I would send you some pictures of the spa when I had some time. Hopefully you can use these pictures to help others realize what a value you are offering compared to the local over priced dealers.

I live in the Ozarks in Missouri and we ordered our first hot tub from Terry at Stellar Spas. Terry was very helpful and kind. We ordered the spa in September of 2020 so covid 19, slowing things down for everyone did delay our shipment by a few weeks but it was worth the wait. We got the Beaumont, I saw the dimensions online but looking at it in person it seems so big. This hot tub is awesome! When the delivery man ( who was also very kind and professional) dropped it off we noticed a few small pieces of damage to the cabinet. I called Terry, he said shoot him an email with the pictures of the damage and they will take care of it. Too easy! We looked for weeks before we decided to buy this and my wife and I were a little bit leery of ordering a hot tub from a site we were not familiar with but it was a great experience! This is a much nicer spa for the money than others we were looking at. If you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub I would encourage you to support the small business, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical about ordering a hot tub from someone without a showroom and only a BBB rating to ensure that I would actually receive my hot tub. Terry was very professional through the whole process. I received the hot tub that I ordered today! It is beautiful and shiny new! I haven't filled it yet, but I'm confident it will work. If you are having any of the same reservations I did, I can testify this is not a scam and I would be happy to stand as a reference for Stellar Spas. Best value that I found for the money by far.
