Unresponsive after sales service
I purchased a shed from one of the companies owned by Steelx (Sheds'n'homes).
After a few years I had problems with the roller door and it took month to get any support as the franchisee/builder was no longer with Sheds'n'homes and no one was ready to take responsibility.
It finally got sorted, but since the replacement I have ongoing issues with the new roller door and now I have been waiting for over 10 days already for their customer service to even acknowledge that I have contacted them.
You can try to call, but you will not get anyone at customer service, they are only available via email - which they don't respond to because ??? If you have such a huge workload that you can't even acknowledge an email in nearly 2 weeks something is wrong with your products and/or your customer service team.
