I recently had an experience that left me feeling quite underwhelmed. The communication throughout the process was lacking, and it felt like more follow-up on my part was necessary than it should have been. The product arrived later than expected, and while the quality is decent, it didn't quite meet my initial expectations. I wanted to feel valued as a customer, but instead, the service felt a bit impersonal. 😕 There are definitely areas needing improvement.
