Nice people. Decent prices. Best LBS on the North Shore

Disappointing service! I waited for 2 months for restock of the bike that I liked. After constantly checking their website, they finally had it in their stock.I gave a deposit for the bike to be built and brought to their store only to find one week after that it got sold to somebody else. I found that
the manager cannot properly manage or train his employees to avoid. their mistake cost me a bike and chance to be active during the summer in this Covid-19 Pandemic. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER STORE FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Great local bike shop: friendly, knowledgeable staff; good selection of bikes, apparel, and accessories; super service department... top marks all around.

Another great shop for biking and apparel. They also have a good selection of mountain bikes and people that know and understand them. A large service shop with solid mechanics (who are also riders) anchor their shop.

Both my wife and I ended up purchasing our bikes here!

Great professional cycle shop! Bought carbon road bike and bring it in for servicing twice a year- great mechanics who know what they are doing and explain what s been done but most importantly is the fact that this shop does not rip you off.

AWESOME customer service. Stopped in for help with filling my tire - issues with the valve. Questions answered. Checked the pump we had and said it would work. Free help (haven't seen that in a very long while). I had also emailed and they got right back to me. These guys really know their stuff and are very, very helpful. Any bike needs, we will be BACK. Thanks so much. Can't wait to get out there pedaling again!!

Bought a new bike but they didn t bother to give me all the extra parts that are supposed to come with it. Like the different size bash guards, washers that are required for the fork if the mudguard is removed, etc. Nothing, they just keep them and don t mention it. Bad form. Not to mention after they setup the bike, the headset was loose, the chain guide was grinding and they didn t seem to be aware that there are baseline suspension settings for a given rider weight.

Great service. Placed an order for a bike and they had it assembled faster than I anticipated. Super informative staff. Thanks for getting me riding just in time for the weekend!
