These ladies are SO nice! They worked with me to get my car back today instead of having to wait an extra day! They DID return phone calls! Squeezed me in on their busy schedule! They where fast.

People have to understand these ladies are just doing their job and they aren t the ones taking your car. The bank is. They are just doing what they are told.

And as for everyone commenting on them taking your personal belongings, I do not believe this is true because I had 2 coach purses in my car One that was 400$ and one that was 650$. and they where untouched! So blessed that these women helped me the way they did!!!!

Super fast at getting your car back as well! I was literally there for maybe 5-10 minutes and on the road again!

I called today 3 times about me going to get my belongings and all they kept saying was we will call you back and look they closed and didn t get no call back at all so tomorrow someone better call me and all my stuff better be there or they will have to speak with my lawyer because i did have alot expensive glasses and wheelchair and lots of stuff on my truck so every little piece better be there that s all i gotta say

Very unprofessional. Joellen is the reception woman and has no customer service. Very rude. This place is already one of the top places that are not great to be at and joellen makes it worse by treating customers with disrespect. Very disappointed in this place.

The people are friendly. Brad took off my plates before I got there and got me extra bags to make sure I got all my stuff out. Crystal was able to reschedule my appointment and hold it off from being taken to auction so I could get my stuff. They were both very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience here.

I called them at 10 am this morning to come pick my car up, I was told they would call me back to set up an appointment. Here it is 6 pm Friday evening and I never heard back from them. They are closed until Tues because of the holiday. I paid $1400 last night to get my car back today and that didn't happen. I was given the run around all day. I am livid right now. This place sucks.

Great and fast service. I got my car stuck on a stump in the snow. The guy got there early and was very friendly and helpful with getting my car unstuck. He took the time to hold my car up so I could document the damage underneath and positioned his truck for a few minutes so I had enough light to photograph the whole area. We sat and talked about random stuff for about 30 minutes afterwards. Great guy!

Be aware of wrongful repossession acts they work with loan max title loans and its against the law in Ohio for a recovery agency to request a convenience fee in order for you to retrieve your personal belongings it is also illegal for a recovery agency to hold your vehicle without first informing you of its whereabouts they have 72 hrs to contact you if they fail to do so they are breaking the law. Its been a week now since they repossessed my vehicle I had to do the foot work to find it and they still haven't returned my phone call all I can say is all my sh*t better be in my vehicle the way I left it or you and loan max will be hearing from my attorney.
