Steakout Restaurant Review

First the food was superb; however we were treated poorly. There were 5 of us in the party. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I had a reservation. It was confirmed and we were immediately seated. Shortly after a waitress came over and took a drink order. Shortly after the drinks came, we were asked if we were ready to order. Unfortunately we were not; the waitress said she would come back in 5 minutes, which she did. Here s where reality started to take place. A platter of veggies was placed on our table that I felt was insufficient for the 5 of us . We were surprised when the salads arrived shortly after. Each one of us received 6-8 pieces of lettuce, 1 or 2 carrot slices, a few pieces of a radish, with a small red pepper. We received our food which I must say was cooked perfectly. We finished and our plates were removed. We were asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu, but we were so full we declined.not 2 minutes later the hostess came over and requested that we leave because sha another party waiting to be seated. We were not ready to leave as we were accustomed to chatting with each other after the meal. Not to cause a commotion we left the result of which is that we will never return.

The main courses were excellent. The drinks were perfect. The waitress was outstanding. The building inside is dated and needs some TLC but it's nice and clean. I've been passing this place for decades and finally stopped. I will return!

My husband and I were looking forward to a relaxing dinner the Saturday before Valentine's day. Unfortunately it was anything but relaxing. It seemed as though we were being rushed out before we even started. Bread and relish tray came out and a few minutes later my soup and my husband's salad. Before he was able to finish his salad it was whisked away and replaced by our entree. I was never asked if I wanted another drink. I had to request the dessert list. She brought the bill with my "Irish coffee" which was coffee with a shot of Irish whiskey, no sugar or cream at all. She said she figure I wouldn't want the cream since I had such a sweet dessert. We were out of there in less than an hour even though they had several cancellations due to the snow. The food was very good but the service was extremely disappointing.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary dinner. Judging by the ambiance the place projects and the prices on the menu, we had high expectations....that was the high point of our time here.

My wife order the lemon chicken and garlic pasta with capers. The chicken came out chewy and under seasoned. She was unable to even eat half of one of the two cutlets included with the meal.

I ordered the NY Strip (med-rare) and apparently under seasoning and under cooking is a thing here. My med-rare steak came out a fuzz above blue. Why are you afraid of salt and pepper? There was none on my steak, so I got to enjoy a few bites of charred raw meat.

They did take some things off the ticket, so we ended up paying $40 for two side salads, a baked potato, and some bread.

The waitress was very nice and very apologetic, but she should not have been the one apologizing for the sub-par food. Chef, this one is on you buddy.

By far the absolute best food I have ever had. The staff is helpful and attentive! My new favorite place to go!

Classic Steakhouse, the appetizer of Mushrooms were so good that I would give 6 stars just for them.
My Ribeye was excellent.

Service was great, food was good but getting cold by the time they served it. Value for the money has changed, get less for more $$. Then we were disappointed that after offering us coffee at end of dinner, the hostess told us they needed our table for the next customers before we had time to finish. Thought this was fine dining, not fast food.

I've been all over the country but the Prime Rib I had here was phenomenal. Cooked to perfection. Bob (the chef) is one of the best I've encountered. And our waitress (Shelly, I think?) was top notch. Zucchini straws are a must! Salads were fresh. The relish tray was impressive. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Would have loved to try a dessert but my prime rib was HUGE and the best I've ever had.
