It felt like HOME. I mean it, really. I had stayed for weeks and it was lovely. Highest appreciation to all the staff who make the hotel run amazingly 24/7 for the guests' convenient. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel soon
Immaculate. Spotless. The most comfortable bed ever. Super friendly and helpful. Everything you could possibly need and more much more. Social hour was so thoughtful and nice to have a good healthy snack with a adult drink.seriously who does that lol. Its Amazing. Breakfast was good too so many choices. I had forgot a necklace in the room and after we checked out and realized. they helped me find it and they are shipping it to my address. Such outstanding customer experience. I was blown away at this hotel they truly do go above and beyond I will stay at this location now everytime I'm in the area. Thank you I'm more than impressed. If I could give more stars I would
Clean rooms and nice pool. Decent breakfast which is plated for you while you wait (because of Corona Virus) and small convenience store for odds and ends. Rooms are reasonably priced.
Very clean! Wonderful rooms, great breakfast, free laundry, and the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. They have a local shuttle to help you get around as well. I will be looking for a Staybridge Suite any time I am in need of accommodations away from home. I had a 2 room suite with a very nice kitchenette.
I stayed here once a week each month for a couple of years. It's pretty basic hotel with large rooms and super friendly staff. The let me stow a bag there between each visit. There nightly diners were excellent. The rooms really need to be updated. Other than that, it's valuable choice.
I came to this hotel for work wise. This is a nice hotel, very clean, and good customer service. All the employees had masks on I like that also. And they serve free breakfast.
Check in went smoothly. We had to schedule time for the pool and hot tub. We got to the room, it was much smaller than I expected. When I booked the room I mentioned to the front desk there would be 3 people in the room. The couch was facing the master bed.i was expecting the bedroom would separated from the front room. No kitchenette, no dish soap. After getting back from the pool discovered there was no body soap no conditioner the surface of the holder had soap build-up that appeared to have been there for along time. Had print stain on the bedruffel. 2 bath towels 2had towels the floor mat had a hole in it. The staff was very professional and understanding and took care of these issues. They even gave us a voucher for 1 nights stay in the future. Breakfast was great.
It was an awesome Motel the staff is very nice they had good food the room was awesome I recommend it to anybody that needs a place to stay
Though the room looked nice, the bathroom had an odor, as well as the room. It was like an old smell. However the service was great. The staff were very professional, and the institution offers nice recreational and relaxing options. However I would suggest them investing into a pool warmer, and figure out how to not have the jacuzzi so hot. Although that's my personal opinion. Overall it was an enjoyable stay
Noisy all night. Hotel suites have living rooms and kitchens so locals rent them for parties. All night long. Didn't sleep a wink. Room had no soap no shampoo and no ports to charge cell phone. Had to call desk for soap and shampoo.
