Most horrible treatment I've ever received. Will complain to you everywhere I can.

Most people in the waiting room smiled and enjoyed themselves. Some read the news and others enjoyed the candychrush. Still experienced that the waiting room was replaced a total of twice before we entered. About 25 people who came after us all went in before us. Asked if this could be correct and was told that it was. Apparently the only one this evening who was rated with medium speed, while everyone else was rated as fast. Can I vote?

7h wait time and everyone got to go before me ?? Had pneumonia, breathing problems and fever 3 days. Green yellow rooting system can stop me. 5 minutes ago, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and penicillin.

3 hours waiting time for what could have been a broken knee, and the lovely lady at reception told me to go home and visit the doctor the next day (it was a weekend). Luckily the doctor inside had more insight and referred me to some x-rays. Reception lady was arrogant and even smiled when said "you are going to be here a long time".

Ridiculous! Shame on them! Horrible country! They don't care about you here! Stupid people! Taxes are high,but you never receive service for these money that you pay!

Just got the help I needed at 4am at night, the doctor and the nurses were nice and helpful. <3

Terribly long wait. No information is given if there is a lot of waiting. Expensive parking. Faster to drive to one of the neighboring municipalities

Did not get emergency hour due to change of guard. Experienced intense pain and was rejected.

Got answers very quickly, and recommendations on how to handle the situation! 5/5 great!

The staff was alright there, some are friendly, the others aren't hostile. Although the waiting time was too long. They got the job done. But seriously the waiting time is unnecessarily long.

After four hours waiting on the bench with my fiance we give up and went back home, we went to private sector, terrible waiting time, you can not call it emergency, you are dying with the waiting ticket in your hands. Not an European system what so ever, I was expecting more from Norway :(

I m currently 8 weeks pregnant and bleeding. I went there just to get rejected. The woman in the phone and in the registration told me that I m not their priority because I m only 8weeks pregnant and that they couldn t do anything about it Even if I waited long there they will still not put me in the front line because in my situation Guess this is what I get from paying taxes

The most arrogant and deadly trivializing health service I have ever been to. Held to death 2 times due to simple treatment of normally less severe conditions. They think everyone with pain is a drug addict or has used drugs if people have abdominal pain. Careless staff so coming here and getting the necessary help is like winning the lottery. Would not recommend anyone to use Stavanger Emergency. Drive somewhere else or go straight to the emergency room. Suggest they demolish the site and expand with free parking.

The first time in 8 years that I have anything to do with health care, and let it be 8 more! Wait 13 hours!

When I said I had ear pain they gave me pain killers without looking in ear and said come back if it gets worse. Nice but not good doctors. I had ruptured both ear drums

Massacre service, no one is in a hurry, waiting time 2-3 hours ... reception after 3 hours ... the next day dressing change ... more hours of waiting ... a tragedy !!! It's a shame to complain about the health service in Poland, looking at Norway ... And the worst thing is that nobody does anything about unflattering comments ...

You'll get help, but the wait might be very long during off hours.

showing up during midnight with extreme ear infection and is told to go home and have some pain killers. They didnt want to check my ear for infection because they ment it wasnt vital enough.
