I was invited by the corporate recruiter of Stater...

I was invited by the corporate recruiter of Stater to respond to a specific IT position, because I am known as looking for other work, and he found my resume, and said that it fitted exactly the role described in that vacancy.
So, please note; Employer invites Employee, not otherwise, as usually happens. - At a given moment, asks if I want to write a letter of motivation, why I would like to apply for that position.
I say, "I want to, you come to me, and invite me, not the other way.
In this case the employer is interested in the employee, actually the employer should write a motivation letter, why they, now necessarily, want to hire that one specific employee ...
What a strange way of looking for potential applicants. Very strange.

You need a copy of the policy and a surrender proposal to be able to switch. After 3 weeks and countless telephone calls, I have still not been allowed to receive it. In this way you cannot transfer and you are obliged to remain a customer with them. Complaint filed with kifid and afm. Once you are a customer, you can never leave.

No star worth this company!

No star worth this company!
Via Domivest, subsidiary of Stater, tried to get a binding offer for an investment property. After THREE months worthless promises from Domivest to our mortgage advisor, we made a switch to Woonfonds.
There everything was arranged in 3 weeks and also signed with Woonfonds. I can therefore recommend Woonfonds to everyone, Stater and Domivest to absolutely no one. And when I read below I am relieved not to be stuck with this arrogant company.

Very poor service. After talking to more than 10 different people, nobody knows what goes wrong with our mortgage. There is also no one who is assigned that and is going to find out. This company is really not recommended!

They manage mortgages for lenders, they do this extremely badly. Many errors, poor information departure, a help desk that is of no use to you. Not worth a star and I would even avoid gel extractors doing this through this company. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars

what bad employees there. had contact several times. they have no knowledge of what they are doing there. know that no question can be answered correctly and expertly. I think they are all returners or migrants.

Not * worth * in a word!

Not * worth * in a word!
Information about repayment note requested with regard to changing fixed-rate period. Turns out I was not fully informed by helpdesk and therefore fine has more than doubled. Submit a complaint about this that I have been duped as a result.
A month and several. mails later, without a substantive response, I suddenly receive a new repayment note that has tripled. Again indicated that the 1st complaint has not been processed. After 2 months I get a message that they apologize for their service and the long wait, but that they reject everything and the repayment fine has tripled in the past 2 months due to the failure to respond. Anyone can make a mistake, but solve it but you will not be heard or taken seriouslyl contact is difficult, rigid, they are not to blame, do nothing wrong. Always depends on the customer, etc.
If only I had looked here before.
What frustrations with this organization in recent months. It is very unfortunate that the NIBC is participating here because this also radiates on them.

What a bad service organization is this. I did have to call 7 times, e-mail to get a change processed. Every time it goes wrong, while I have explained everything clearly, emailed etc. Probably we work with outdated, legacy systems. But then you can still keep your appointments to call back. They also leave you on hold for a long time when they are sorting out things with their 'senior'. My finger itches to make this organization more customer-friendly and to optimize processes.
This organization is not * worth this way.

In the meantime, have been waiting for a substantive response for two months (!). Various memories of my address to Stater have not yet motivated them to provide me with the information I requested.
They do make promises; you will have an answer tomorrow, you will have an answer next week, et cetera. However, these promises are broken by Stater as quickly as they made them.
I am therefore very disappointed in the way in which Stater acts.

What a worthless club is that Stater in Amersfoort. Why Westland Utrecht was brought there is a mystery. This also applies to Staalbankiers, Achmea and Acier.
They do not respond to emails or telephone calls.
