Regional Center ( Katie Mills) has been such an amazing person to work with. She has always made me feel like I can call her with any questions. She really has shown compassion and professionalism throughout my dealings with her. I do not know if you can request a case manager but if you can. Ask for her! You will not be disappointed!

That Nicole Collins lady is negligent and unprofessional. I don t know whose hiring workers like her. First she doesn t answer calls nor return calls when you leave voicemail. Then after thousands of attempts you get a hold of her but she s unprofessional and careless. Complete waste of time. Lacks basic customer service

This Regional Center has fought against providing my son with severe autism and epilepsy much needed protective support services for many years. As a result, we've had to take this Regional Center to several Fair Hearings (Administrative Law Hearings.) It's been hell. So much stress for such obviously needed services and supports, even documented by their own professionals. Just so sad how hard we had to fight for what was always known that my son needed. Thankfully, there are some good service coordinators and program mangers with good hearts who have made this terribly stressful journey hopeful and have advocated for my son when so many others in higher positions went against him. Those are the angels and silent advocates inside regional centers that we must not forget exist.

It takes forever to get enrolled in the program. So make sure you keep running after them since you won't make it in otherwise. At least I have a great case manager in the end so it was worth the drama.

I was Recommending by one of their Coaches to Get Help for my Brother, but I called and 2 woman who I talked to said They Dont Help Poeple with Schizophrenia, So I Believe that's Descrimination Against Someone with a Disability!!!! You Can't Say you Help People with Mental Illness and Then Not Help Someone with a Specific Mental Illness!!! They Said Only Those with Schizophrenia Can't Recieve Services?!!!!
