Amazing, I called to open a new account and talk about pricing and no one was there. The operator said I could call back Monday. When I asked " Would you like to take down my information so they could call me back" , Classic response, she said she is too busy, but could transfer me. It really is true about the impression someone makes representing the company, whoever they are when they pick up the phone, and how quickly a hello turns into a goodbye!
