It's easy to get 5 stars if everything goes smoothly, but in my case things had a few twists. So in my opinion these 5 stars were earned!!! First off, showroom was clean, well laid out and it gave you the feel of being in a well equipped place to shop for a bike. Christian was are salesman, awesome guy. I say this because he really took the time to help me even though my credit history had a few bumps. He went above and beyond in helping me secure a loan for my motorcycle. Unfortunately things went south after the purchase and this is why I'm saying state8 really earned 5 stars. I'm not a man of a lot of money, so every dime really means something to me, that being said I didn't purchase the warranty on my used bike figuring state8's reputation of great service and sales history. Didn't think I'd have any issues. But I did, once I brought them to their attention they quickly responded to my needs and had me bring back in the bike to make things right. Service Dept was fast and friendly and eager to look it over and they are currently waiting on parts to finish me up. So yes, even though I had a few issues, state8 and Christian went above and beyond. If your in the market for a new bike or off-road toy I HIGHLY recommend you to go see Christian.
Another gsxr from state 8. Been going there for 20 years. It's always a pleasure with top notch people and products. I had the pleasure to work with Zach. Great salesman who found exactly what I wanted. I got a great price during hard times. Some out there would have over charged because they could during this pandemic. The silicone chip shortages aren't helping bikes hit the floor either. They found me the bike of my dreams. 2018 gsxr 1000r barely broken in. I will definitely be going back if I ever get another bike. Same great people. Great service and fair prices. One of my favorite places to be. Just wish they were closer to me. I will take that hour ride no problem with my new gsxr
I went in with the motorcycle I wanted in my mind. I found it and asked about it. The Salesman, Lawrence was wonderful! He didn't try to upsell other products or talk me into buying a more expensive motorcycle. He was honest with me and patient when the insurance company was taking forever getting my new bike insured. The financing department was great as well and didn't pressure me into buying things I didn't want/need.
Overall great experience, would go back here for future purchases.
Only place nearby that I know that sells ATV/dirt bike helmets, so that's where we went. Bought a helmet for the kiddo, so it was nice to be able to try them on. Probably should've just figured out her size and got it off the internet, but oh well. We supported a local business that typically charges too much for stuff. Would've been nice if they had a better selection. Wasn't much to choose from.

I had a great experience with this dealer obtaining my first bike. I had a mix of online and in person interaction to finish everything. Everyone I met once i took delivery was very helpful and answered all my questions. State 8 has a wide selection of motorcycles for everyone. Went in yesterday 5/17 to look at a specific bike and walked out empty handed. I first had to walk around and look for a salesman to speak with and for some reason the salesman I spoke with there was not engaged in selling me this particular bike or any bike at all actually. A couple walked in and his attention was immediately diverted to them. I lost all interest in wanting to purchase the bike at that point. I was once excited and ready to purchase my first bike but being that my experience was so terrible at this dealership I wouldn't recommend this dealership to any of my family and/or friends. Only reason I gave 2 stars was for the selection of bikes. Otherwise I would have given 1 star.
