Bought a cervelo R2 during lockdown, arrived with ...

Bought a cervelo R2 during lockdown, arrived with a scratch, I let it slip, first ride out derelier not working they asked me to use another company as they weren't seeing anyone, he did an adjustment and said there's something wrong, the selector isn't working and now the bike requires warranty work, lady on the phone rude and lacks any form customer care...I'm going in and hopefully I'll see a manager!

DOES NOT DO PUNCTURE REPAIRS??? - A bike repair shop that will not perform what must be the most frequent service a bike needs! Utterly without use.

The repair tech told me that the don't do puncture repairs because, "it could just happen again."
Well, yes, that could be seen as a problem or it could be seen as YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS MODEL!!!!! ... Things break, you repair! I'm genuinely not expecting an eternal puncture repair!

The gentleman who did a service on my bike kept me...

The gentleman who did a service on my bike kept me updated throughout. He gave me the best advice for my current situation as I did not have much knowledge on what was wrong. This was completed very quickly and is very cheap for the amazing service and repairs that were carried out. Will definitely be back and referring to friends. Cannot fault, excellent service from the team at very reasonable prices!!!

Picked up my Merida e160 9000 on Tuesday 16th June...

Picked up my Merida e160 9000 on Tuesday 16th June and haven't stopped smiling. Great service considering the whole Covid thing. I built the big myself as i have the patience of a child and could not wait 7 days. Brad was more than helpful when i called him up 2 days later when i needed to discuss a teething problem.
Would highly recommend .
