A great business to have your taxes done. I've been having ours completed there for several years now & cannot be happier. I live in Huntsville & used even drive all the way to Pea Ridge to see them! Was so glad when they opened up another office a bit closer in Rogers. Always patient & willing to go the extra mile to help with tax items and questions on the phone as well.
I have not received my tax return. Filed in February. SMH. If I do not receive my tax return I will need a refund of that tax order I was charged.
You would think that they would be taking safety precautions with Covid or at least follow the mask mandate-while it still stands-but no. No one is wearing a mask in here. You are in a tiny room with no proper ventilation and no safety screens. If I had known this I would ve tried to go somewhere else or done something different. It was a terrifying experience especially knowing how many people they come in contact with on a daily basis. I even saw someone shaking hands with a patron and then not sanitizing. Didn t realize I d have to risk my health to get my taxes done. And to think I paid almost $200 to risk my health. They should ve said something when I made this appointment months ago; I felt so uncomfortable. I know I should ve left but I didn t know what I could ve done this late in to tax season. Update- Rob did put a mask on for me to make me feel more comfortable and that made a huge difference.

If you want your tax return to take 3 months to process, call them multiple times to remind them to do it, Get a check instead of direct deposit, and later receive a bill after you already paid. They will do this all and without an apology as if this is standard business practice. Turbo tax will treat you better than this. BEWARE
Ted was not professional and wanted to rush me out of the office in 10 minutes . I would recommend find a professional that is interested in service that you are paying for .it is not in this location with Ted. Do yourself find a professional that is interested in helping you get the best service.. this is not it..
I had a bad experience and rated this company a 1 star because I felt put off. After Ted reaching out several times and advocating to the owner about me they decided to waive my fees and got my taxes filed and to me that s deserving of a 5 star upgrade and I have chosen to return and use them next year. The mark of customer is important to me and my frustrations and concerns were handled adequately and even above and beyond my expectation as a consumer. I d recommend this company in the future. Ted was wonderful even during my shortness and frustration.

I ve been using Starner for my small business and personal taxes for 3 years now. They are always timely, knowledgeable and friendly. Robby, Ted, Terri and the rest of the staff really go out of their way for their clients. I always feel like they explain things well, and maximize my deductions. They work hard and they never make me feel rushed when I m in their office and are very thorough.
