This is a Dead End Job for Career Finders. Star Protection is a great job for a 80 year old man with no pension.

The managers are arrogant, passive and condescending. They completely ignore their employees concerns and issues.

leadership team across all properties is HORRIBLE! they have little or no experience in running the locations and employees!!

SRO Flex Officers get mistreated and are overworked with such little pay. don t apply for a SRO position, it ain t worth your time and energy

Hires low quality people, be careful do not use their service

This Companies Directors, Operational Managers and Account Managers lack great leadership skills. They gossip about other employees and say a lot of weird corny jokes.

I worked with this company 4 years. I was very good and hard worker and they gave me gift cards for two times. I had excellent relationship with my managers and the clients. I hated every time I had something in the office. They have the worst customer service ever. My managers were always fight for me to have the best and the office people made it hard for us. I tried to return to the company. They refused because I contacted the Union because I gave them ten days note instead of two weeks before I left. They did not respect the 4 years I worked with them. They did not respect the hard work and the good things I did for the company.

I've been with the company for several years, been blessed to worked for good managers that cared about their employees and stuck up for you when the client tried to falsely accuse security for everything.

This company runs its operation like a circus! they put the client first before their own employees! and they make all their guards stand outside at almost every site they have a contract with! Very poor and unprofessional security company I have ever seen.
