Monthly parking is outrageous (I live next door and pay a discounted $195/month) and you get homeless people sleeping and urinating in the elevators.

Very disrespectful attendants and management that doesn t care.

There's no non-elevator access and guaranteed urination in the elevators. Park somewhere else, everything on the surrounding block is cheaper and better maintained.
