I saw a post in Carmax for the exact used car I wanted from Star Chevrolet. We drove 3 hours to the car dealership and everyone there was friendly, efficient, and soon we were on the road driving our new car. I would highly recommend checking out Star Chevrolet.

Joseph, when told my budget, promptly called me when something matching that budget arrived. He was extra prompt, helped with a loaner since we got the truck purchased so quickly it hadn't even finished the work required by the initial inspection, and was extremely nice throughout. Nice folks, very courteous and provide good service.

I was treated with much courtesy and in a timely manner - offered to let me drive the car to let my husband drive it and have it checked out by my personal mechanic who checked it over and not only said it was a very good car good buy but he knew the manager at this business and gave him great personal reference - which I think reputation means all! They helped me work on his much I wanted to pay down and helped me finance the rest within my means - so far- I would recommend them especially if you have limited time to look around they make it easy!
We could not be happier. This is probably the first dealership that promised us something without putting it in writing, that actually did what they promised. After experiencing a rather rough ride on our test drive, it was determined that the used vehicle needed two new tires. Star actually followed through on their promise.

The service was pleasant. The gentleman who sold us our vehicle was pleasant. The financial department leader Mitchell was extremely helpful, thorough, and friendly. The gentleman who sold us our vehicle did lack communication with us at times, but ensured upon our arrival that the experience was enjoyable and pain free. I am disappointed that our vehicle was not detailed and cleaned to a professional level as advertised and told to us it would be. For the amount of money invested in a vehicle, I believe that the utmost should be done to make everything easier and more enjoyable for the purchaser, and having to clean your car yourself the day after you purchase it doesn t seem professional. Otherwise the experience was enjoyable.
Mixed emotions when it comes to Star Chevrolet. At times they can be really customer oriented. Then other times, Not so much... Just a piece of advice.. Do Not Tell Customers what they want to hear. Or make promises Not kept. Be HONEST... That goes A LOT further with me, along with many other customers I'm sure....
