I basically had to beg them to finish my case. Then when they did the price they charged me was higher than the doctor charges. The refused to break down the fees they charged me. Just go to another law firm if you're ever in an accident. Jade and Alexa are not attorneys.

Biggest thanks to Amanda for answering all questions and concerns. She was straight forward and kind. We really do need more people out there like this! She kept me updated as much as she could with the pandemic going on with answering emails as soon as possible! She really did lift a weight off my shoulders, she took care of everything for me. Especially when I was debating with getting lawyers or not, she assured me that I will be taken care of in one of the most difficult parts of my life! Thank you to Jake as well for keeping me updated with phone calls! However, I did call their office a few times and the connection was terrible and she never relayed my messages.
