Outstanding. The best of the best for treatment! One of the best hospitals in the world!
We just had our baby boy delivered through them. I must say that end-to-end experience from the first month all the way to baby delivery was absolutely fantastic
I love this hospital they took very good care of me and the food is very good
Awesome experience despite the circumstances. My son was hospitalized in 1998 shortly after birth and the doctors and staff made it as smooth and accomodating as possible. Thanks again!

The place here is so huge and amazing love all the ocean decorations they have in the hospital also great places to sit while your wait it really brightens up the mood for children and parents just the hospital itself has some issue I heard in the reviews like about leaving children to die and bad service
Hospital does not have a zero tolerance policy and lets staff kill patients with preventable infections because they don't look into the cases to prevent them. When giving recommendations they deny it and say sorry for your dissatisfaction in their service. Take your child to another hospital with better practices for improving care and preventing infections
The staff, nurse and the doctor were quite patient, friendly, informative, and answered our questions well and to their knowledge.
The place was huge, and spectacularly clean, including the toilets, the cafeteria, the hallways, and the rooms. The waiting rooms have TVs at their corners for children to pass their time easily, while their parents are waiting anxiously.
The parking lot was nearly full, but we managed to find a place. The parking fees are not required [the security staff will stamp your parking ticket] if you are there for a service at the hospital.
The hospital checks you in at the entrance. Photo id is a must for first-timers. A sticker with your photo is provided that you put up at a prominent place in your shirt-area. Depending on the clinic being visited, you are also given a temporary badge to be worn. The hospital is so big, that someone will always escort you to the next place.
The wait time was not long. The nurse was quite thorough in what she did. The doctor read the report fully and came in with the analysis results.
The Harvest cafe has lots of food options at, I would say, a cheap price. While the food is not super tasty, it is good enough. Do taste the burger, but keep away from the buns!
Overall, we felt safe and comfortable throughout.
A great place, world class child care and excellent customer service! Highly recommended!
