Current Mood: Frustrated. I received good service and excellent pricing for a good long stretch. The reason for the bad review is they changed the entire tariff / pricing program without any notice. An in-transit intra-state shipment which should have cost under $100 is now over $250 and it was already tendered... tough luck... wth? I was told that they didn't have inside sales reps until recently and therefore didn't have the manpower to notify all customers of the pricing change.This same person I was talking to had just emailed me (within 2 days) asking for more opportunities on volume LTL shipments... the change happened over a week ago. "Well, we had to do this to protect our margins". I can appreciate that, but I feel that a heads up is not much to ask for.
