Great company to do business with - very customer friendly.

You have to place an order before going in to retrieve it. The carry electrical materials, not electronic components. I was connected to Sales and Tom was able to point me in the right direction. A refreshingly helpful experience!

Excellent company to do business with. Old school customer service, meaning REAL people, REAL engineers, REAL people answer the phone, not a auto attendant. If you want to work with people who CARE, call this place.

Phenomenal service and prompt answers when needed. They go out of their way to find you the solutions or answers to your automation and controls needs. I've worked with them for almost twenty years and have yet to be disappointed in their service or knowledge base.

I have been working with Standard Electric for 12+ years and I wish all of my venders will keep high quality support like them. From sales team to engineering support team, they are always there for me to help with projects I am involved in.
