Stamford Ford Lincoln Review

Was avoiding the local dealerships because of how bad McMahon Ford is, not only did they find the problems, they were covered under warranty, and they promptly gave me a loaner while it was fixed, I will definitely come here again for my next car.

However the Ford Escape you guys loaned me is garbage, noting specifically wrong with the car, but the design is HORRIBLE. 2020 and they still make cars where you have to turn the key, but have a digital knob for a transmission shifter.

Leasing a car at Stamford Ford Lincoln was incredibly seamless. After talking to Lena over the phone, she had a car option there waiting for me to test drive when I walked in. She made the entire leasing process so easy for me, which was wonderful since I ve never leased before. This dealership is wonderful and everyone I came into contact with was great. Couldn t recommend them more highly!

I've only recently started using Stamford Ford but I've already seen first hand how great they are. The staff are all professional, courteous, and honest.

I stopped in recently to inquire about one of your latest vehicle and I must say I was quite pleased with the service. The sales department was amazing and so was the customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and personable with assisting me with all my needs. The salesperson that helped was Devin. He was very friendly and just a pleasant person to speak to. He was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable in making my decision. Although I did not make my purchase when I initially stopped in, I m looking forward to returning to this business to fulfill my automobile needs.

Lena was great from start to finish. The truck I ordered took 6 months to come in but Lena was keeping me updated of the status and answered all my emails quickly. I live 45 mins away from Stamford Ford but yet I keep coming back for the quality service and quality people. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Stamford Ford! The owner was very welcoming and made sure to make me feel as comfortable in the dealership as possible. I came to Stamford Ford and Lincoln to buy a used car. I spoke with the receptionist on the phone before coming to see the car and she was very friendly over the phone and most importantly upfront and explained their policy in full over the phone before I even came in to the dealership. My sales associate was Virginia. She was very friendly as well as helpful and she was able to accommodate all of my needs. The car was in great condition and even though they said the sale was as is they cleaned it and filled the tank. All in all I was very pleased I made the trip to Stamford from New York.

Just brought home a 2014 Mini and couldn't be more excited! Stamford Ford made the process so easy! Barry reached out to me within 5 minutes of me inquiring, booked an appointment to test drive (that we showed up half an hour early for and he had it ready anyways!) and sold it to us painlessly and quickly! Barry answered all of our questions patiently and was especially knowledgeable about out of state purchasing. The dealership is spotlessly clean, and everyone was super friendly. As a bonus they are a boarder dealer so we didn't have to pay tax in both states and they were able to deal with the DMV for us so we don't have to! Highly recommend for anyone in need of a new car! Found the truck that I wanted at this dealership using Cars.com. I sent a request for information and heard back from "Marco" who identified himself as the sales manager shortly thereafter.

The process after that was very smooth and painless until I went to pick the truck up. Once the paperwork was completed, I went out to the truck and gave it a once over. I found what looked to be a large scratch on the side and asked Marco if he or someone else could look at it. He was visibly annoyed and made it known, but he came outside and addressed it. I was taken aback as it was obvious to me that once Marco made the sale, he had no interest in hearing from me again.

The second issue that I had was with the "technology" guy that they sent out to go over the truck with me. He could not answer most of my questions and the information that he gave me was dead wrong. I wound up just leaving and then doing the research on everything myself.

The dealership is clean and modern. The bathroom was also clean which to me was important as I came from a distance to buy the car. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Marco, I would not buy another car from this dealership.
