Stage coach West Ham Review

Big company...one of the main bus garage in East London.

Not a great place to work, long shifts, less pay. Other companies out there pay slightly better with better working conditions. Avoid..!!!!

One of the leading bus transport company in the UK and it's head office in West Ham, London. Well establishment. Excellent place to work for them and I like it most.

Went on a depot tour here with my freind in May 2019 and it was so good Mr David was very helpful showing us around the inside including the outside where engineering is and the large bit outside where the buses are also stagecoach are my favourite bus operator Freindly drivers and good vehicles I do wish to work for that company when I'm older

If you have to resort to people who haven't good a clue on how to conduct an interview,people who don't know the difference between an interview and an assessment this means you have hit rock bottom as a company.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible

The staff were really friendly at my interview , and the person interviewing me really put me at ease through the whole interview I really look forward to starting my training with them

If they don't like the way you look you won't even have an interview. They will sling you out the door before you can see anyone higher up than the 'receptionist'. Discrimination at its finest. Do not apply to work here. As other people said in previous reviews. They do not care about you as a person, only that you must look a certain way and work like a dog and never have a social life. There are plenty of other bus companies willing to actually interview candidates and not waste peoples time. The fact that they give the 'receptionist' the power to turn candidates away is a complete joke. Fix up.

It's a shame they have spent millions on the garage and they keep losing routes. There was a time when they had near all routes in east London. Go ahead gone far ahead and tower transit

Today Saturday between 14:35/45 a 277 Stagecoach Dalston Destination
deliberately pulled out on me on a roundabout just down the road from Victoria Park, the driver saw me coming on my Scooter yet he still pulled off and for whatever reason he found it funny as had a big smile on his face, Well I've got it all on my Helmet Cam, so let's see who has the last laugh.

Stagecoach is a very good company to work for I'm looking forward to working with at stagecoach.

The drivers have a test of customers skills and is funny that 50% of your drivers, passed that test and they don't even speak English. But I guess is more important to be over 25 than having any clue about how to treat a customer

No competency assessment,just random personality questions they give a mark to according to how they feel about you.

This is a proper bus company! Respect and admirations! I can write a book about how great these people are and what an amazing recruitment and training departments are there! The right attitude and professionalism! If you ever decide to become a bus driver, you will enjoy and be proud to do it with them. Personal guarantee!

Stagecoach have lost many bus routes over the last few years and its really sad. Once they dominated East and South East London. Pretty much all the bus routes were operated by Stagecoach. Unfortunately, now they are a fallen giant. I give 5 stars to apologise to Stagecoach.

Five stars for the amazing ALX 400 Dennis Tridents you have that have been in operation for over 20 years since I was born but are gradually to be retired by 2020.

They will sincerely be missed and London will never be the same without them.
