Great tour of the company. A must for those interested in technology. Stadler is one of the few real Swiss flagship companies.
Totally wrong with what's going on at Stadler Rail. I applied for a position where I would fit completely. Cancellation of "more suitable candidates" in the shortlist. So, then advertised in St. Margrethen, a new plant is being built there. Application immediately rejected, Today 05.03.2020 you can see the reason in the 10 to 10 report: Stadler allegedly does not have enough workers. Workers from all over Europe are recruited: Germany, Hungary, Poland, etc ... If you see on the websites and job advertisements who is in management positions: actually all foreigners. This company is highly dubious! And anything but "Swiss Made"! Pooh!
A clear no-go from the employee, I've never seen anything like it. 2 years were def. enough.
Best train / tram engineering company! Innovative, efficient & creative at the same time ... Every trip in their means of transport can only be recommended! Swiss engineering at its finest ...

Very bad company. The mentality is catastrophic and friendliness is a foreign word. Too many Germans with the right mentality who don't even greet you as you walk past. They put you under constant pressure, even though there is not even a need. This almost borders on systematic discrimination. Stadler no longer has anything to do with Swiss values such as friendliness, compassion or generosity.
Aesthetic trains from Stadler Rail AG just made the ICE trains from Germany a little better, unfortunately.
