I wanted a small car just to run errands. I was looking at other dealerships that were not sincere with price but stadium toyota was the most honest place i encounter. I love my corolla!!! Thank you Tom, Omar and Michael! You guys made my car buying process so smooth! I know where to go next time

I bought my truck in January of 2020 . The truck was stripped of any extras . I was pleased with the sales dept other than the stripped extras that should have came with the truck ( factory floor mats , extra FOB , and a owners manual . I overlooked all of those things for the love of my truck . I had my services done on a regular basis per the warranty . Upon the last service .... not all services were done per my request . Keep this in mind , I have after market wheels and tires . So I requested the oil change , tire rotation and balance , full safety inspection , new wipers , full alignment , and they were going to do the fuel pump recall . My tires being after market tires actually are supposed to carry a max psi of 80 , I run 70 psi in them due to the Florida heat and don t want to exceed the max tire pressure when they heat up due to extended driving in the heat . When the services were supposedly finished I was shown all the paper work on services performed . The alignment was ever so slightly out of alignment and was adjusted, I paid 68.?? For the balance , the paper work for the safety inspection showed tire pressures at 33 psi which I found odd because I d mentioned that I carried 70 psi . There was one tire that ever so slowly ( over the course of a few months ) that would leak down by 15-20 pounds . While driving home (40 mile trip ) it vibrated the same if not worse than when I brought it in ! So when I got home , I checked the pressures in my tires and the same tire , in the same position it was before I took it there was sure enough down on air by 20 pounds . That told me that they didn t rotate or balance them ! I had wheel dressing on them with no signs of anyone had handled them there . It took about 3 weeks of eating at me to actually call and complain and with in a couple days someone called me back . All I was told was I ll have to look at the video and see if these services were done and I ll have the manager call you in reference to your complaint . I ve never heard from them since !!! In all essence , THEY VOIDED MY WARRANTY BY LACK OF SERVICES THAT NEEDED TO BE PERFORMED . It borderlines fraud by not performing the work that was paid for .

Update : just checked the oil , oil was never changed either. The class of oil Toyota uses , it s pretty much clear till it reaches the 7,000 mile usage before the service . Mine has the color of very strong coffee and you can smell the gas in the oil from the previous 10,000 miles . I ve put on 2000 miles since my service and I always drive my truck gently to conserve on gas due to the high gas prices . I won t be back !!!! It s like they are trying to kill my truck to make me buy a new one from the lack of proper services . So for the 2 1/2 hours I was there to have all the above services done .... was a lie ! The recall alone is pretty much a 2 1/2 hr job . This coming from a mechanic that spent years working on my own vehicles . I ll perform my own services with quality fluids that Toyota uses and all it s mechanical counter parts . Uploading all my receipts to the provided service app to not void my warranty. I chose Toyota for its longevity and I m not going to let lack of service destroy that . If I do them myself , at least I know they ve been done ! Recalls , they can do . I m very happy with my Toyota truck but the owner really needs to look into his service dept and straighten things out . After reading a lot of reviews ( bad reviews ) almost everyone s complaints are about service and not about sales .

Bill Tracey, Stadium's internet sales rep, made my car buying experience super easy and quick. He helped me find the right vehicle, then broke down all the costs and payment options. Everything was transparent, all the way through the final finance steps. Total time at the dealership was just over an hour. I felt like Bill and the entire Stadium team cared about my experience as they earned my loyalty for future business.

Frank Velez went out of his way to help me with an issue I had with my car! He took initiative and fixed it himself so I wouldn t have to wait for hours!! It s very unusual to find people like him!!! He is the reason I keep coming back!

I have to say when it comes to purchasing a vehicle I do a lot of research! I previously had a 2019 Toyota RAV4 and wanted to replace it with a brand new one to lower my payments and switch colors.
This is a very highly sought after vehicle right now. So they are very hard to fine and especially in the color that you want. I called Stadium Toyota and connected with Paul the sales manager that was very nice!
He then connected me with Joey one of the salesman. Not only did he find me the color I wanted, I was able to get it within two weeks. Others were 45 days out.
Joey is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and hands-down one of the nicest salesman I have ever worked with. I don t live close, it s over an hour drive but, it was totally worth it. I will be purchasing all of my vehicles from Joey from now on.

I contacted Stadium Toyota to schedule my 5000 mile maintenance. I was told at that time it would take an hour to an hour and a half which we know means a minimum of 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove in and Bruce immediately came over to my truck and got me inside to Ravi who gathered my information and said he would call when my truck was done. Ravi called me within an hour to advise me the service on my truck was complete. Bruce and Ravi are outstanding examples of true customer service!

I have been coming to this Toyota since I moved to Tampa and they have screwed me over so many times I lost count. They never address the problem you re going in for and leave it half done when you leave so you ll have to come back for the same issue. The most recent example was failing to check my brakes when I went in for a full check, and allowing me to drive with brakes that were completely shot, until it got so bad that I had to replace my brakes AND the rotor. They don t do their job and could end up seriously hurting someone because of it. I would recommend going to the Toyota of Tampa Bay instead.

Our salesman Bill Tracey was absolutely awesome. Considering the car availability and issues in the country I felt like I was treated very fairly and respectful.
Bill s be knowledge and passion for trr he e Toyota brand is infectious. Made me feel like I was the only person he was working with and gave us the best buying experience we ever had.
If you could Only clone Bill and fill the dealership with his clones you would have all very happy customers.

Remember ask for Bill Tracey at Stadium Toyota, if you don t you will probably pay to much and not get the same caring great service you deserve.

We needed a family van and we went to several dealerships to shop around. Dealing with various car salesmen we noticed that one stood above the rest. Richard Day at Stadium Toyota was different. He was responsive, returned calls and texts, followed through with our requests and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for our family. In this market, it s difficult to even find a vehicle, but Richard did everything he could to help us and we are thrilled with our purchase. Where others wouldn t negotiate, Richard did and we got a great deal. I highly recommend him and plan to return for our next purchase in the future.
