We had the best experience at Stacy and I highly recommend! We came looking for a full size mattress for my 3 and half year old son's room. We wanted quality and something that would last but we also didn't want to spend a fortune. Jason Jordan and Royce made sure we were taken care of and got the best deal the company offered on a quality mattress and mattress protector. Seriously, I almost fall asleep in my kid's bed every single night bc it's soooooo comfortable. When we replace ours, we'll be back. Maybe even for a new dining room table if I can get the hubs onboard. Lol.

NEVER AGAIN... will we purchase anything from Stacys!! They have the WORST customer service. We bought a love seat with recliners in December, still waiting months later for then to fix it. And basically the man ahead of customer service implied that we were liars about not reporting the issue earlier. It took us 2 months from the time of delivery to return an email.
DO NOT BUY from them is my best advice! I wish that we could return our junk furniture!

About 2 years ago, I purchased 2 leather sofas from Staceys. I paid a little over 2000.00 for each. Definitely not quality! Both sofas are splitting at the seams between each cushion where the top is sewn to the sides of the cushion. My previous sofas were over 20 years old when I replaced them. My husband and I are in our 50s and live alone. These sofa are not abused. GO somewhere else!

This was our first time to the store as we are new to the area. We were looking to spend 20k on furniture. We were welcomed and rushed through the store ending up with just three sofa's. It was buy more save less sale so my thinking was they didn't want us to buy more? We were in complete shock, I've never experienced anything like this.

We recieved our custom sofa's on time but the quality of the product was not good and very dirty.

The movers were unprofessional! They caused damage to my door jamb trying to get the sofa in. I had called in a head of time and asked if the sofa could be disassembled, they said yes, not to worry! our movers are professionals and can disassemble anything. I asked the movers and they said oh no, it can't be disassembled. After watching them for 10min trying to figure out how to get it the sofa in I made a suggestion. Sure enough my suggestion got the sofa in. The movers were extremely nice and were trying their best, but needed more experience. In time I think they will have it down good.....if they don't have back issues down the road.

They had their professional cleaner come out with his rag and spray bottle but he didn't clean anything. I've been advised(after my purchase) by my friends who have also shopped there, that their furniture came to them dirty. It must be a pattern?

All three sofa's have issues. One of the seats is completely leaning to one side. I guess the three seat reclining sofa design is flawed and doesn't support correctly. The upholstery job on our custom order is Pitiful!

The other sofa has a sound on the sofa arm that sounds like a 100yr old spring bed... also was dirty.

Linda, (customer service representative) asked us to send photos and videos. I emailed them and asked if they received my emails. No reply back! We called them a week later and they said they did receive them. Linda said she is working the issue. We have called a few times with no luck speaking with Linda. We have left several voice mails to Linda, she isn't returning our calls. Even after a lighting storm fried our power unit to the reclining sofa, I needed help getting a new one and pleed for her help and to return my call. No returned call! Thank goodness for Amazon next day delivery and figuring this out on my own. Guess you have to do your own homework and customer service.

So it sounds like we are stuck with poor quality furniture. I'm so grateful that we were rushed through the store and didn't spend all our money there. Guess it must of been a omen.

On Sunday Dec 6, 2020 we brought a love seat with ...

On Sunday Dec 6, 2020 we brought a love seat with recliners on each end. We picked it up on Tuesday Dec 8, 2020. At home when we put it together it was missing the power supply. We have been talking with customer service for days trying to get the power supply. We also have a couch on order to match the love seat. We are thinking about canceling the order. Plus return the love seat.
Not very happy.

95% of the furniture I received was great quality and I so appreciate the personal attention of the great sales staff who helped. However, I'm now having a Huge Customer Service Problem.

I bought some high quality chairs ($2k+ each) from a top manufacturer and the cloth started falling apart after 6 months. I expected that Stacy's would take care of it, but it's 2 months later and still no resolution. I had to send in the slip cover of my chair to get tested and I'm now without a chair for the holidays, so have one chair I can't use and one chair that's falling apart. It has a warranty, so I simply want them to replace the fabric that's defective.

I feel like Stacy's just wanted the $30k in sales spent, but won't take care of me as a customer after the fact. I'll update this if that changes. My emails and calls have gone unanswered, so not sure what else to do.

Similarly to a lot of the reviews, customer service is an issue for Stacy's furniture. I was trying to purchase an $1,800 couch from Stacy's. However, before purchasing I wanted to fully understand the financing information because the contract left out some important details. After some back and forth, the representative decided I my order amount wasn't large enough to warrant her efforts and she told me to order elsewhere. I was left confused because I was nothing but polite.

I m so impressed to learn that Mr. Stacy guaranteed his sales staff their same salary for 2020 as the salary they earned in 2019. This is so impressive as the stores were closed for 6 weeks during the spring Covid-19 outbreak in the DFW area. Knowing how generous and kind Mr. Stacy has been to his employees during this crazy and unusual time, I m now a dedicated shopper to this family owned business. Thank you Mr. Stacy for your kindness and compassion to your staff.
