I wish I've never spent one year of my life and an exchange opportunity on this "university" crumpled out of disorganization, madness and students' abuse. I wasn't prepared for that, wasn't informed, but at least now you are aware.

Nice HBO training school. You're in the right place for people with green fingers or a taste for animals. Have followed chemical technology here myself for several years. Facilities not very special but nice place in the middle of Leeuwarden near the water campus. Good start for the rest of your career.

Have a look inside, a beautiful building. Well-kept classrooms, in my opinion all ingredients are present to provide and follow high-quality education.

Beautifully beautiful practical hall where many (waste) water technicians and technologists have become even more enthusiastic about their profession. Thanks to a team of motivated teachers.

Very good school, few students, nice teachers. Not many amenities.

Ridiculously cold in the winter and way too hot in the summer

Nice school, not too many people in the classes and good teachers. I study environmental science here myself

Bad school. Everything is not properly arranged. Accounts that you get access to very late, so immediately start with a backlog. Vaccination times that you will only hear a day in advance. You also have to go to school regularly for next to nothing. Keep this in mind if you live far away, because I then have to travel 2 hours to do a small thing at school.

VHL is a college on the move. No college has focused so much on dairy education and application-oriented research. About 10 lecturers work on dairy. In addition, there are two international dairy minors and a dairy major.
