Great pantry an great people that help when you need them in all aspect of life

A helpful place to go. They have emergency food services, Women, Infants & Children (WIC), a medical clinic, a pre-school/Child Care and many other helpful services that you can use through out the year.

The doctors here care about your health. They work with you.

They truly help the community with love and respect for all of us everyday not just holidays. thank you'll for being their for all of us.

All ways a great and clean place, there so kind you got to love them. So helpful and sweet.

My doctor is in this building but there are other helpful agencies in this building such as wic, day care, food pantry, programs for kids to name a few.

They help out a lot in server different ways and areas

Friendly people and swift service. Provide a good selection of foods for a healthy diet. Open on Thursdays from 3 to 6 pm. A little difficult to get to without a vehicle, there is a bus #11 that goes right by the place and Cleveland Avenue is close by.

The people are very friendly and they help you out where ever you can. They now have it where you can go in every day if you need to and get fresh fruit and vegetables. If you live in the area they serve

I went here when I was teenager to get food and still do go there to get lunch and visit the clinic.

I attended a meeting recently [1-23-2020] at St. Stephen's Community House.

The Columbus Advisory Committee on Disability Issues [CACDI] held its most recent meeting at that location because we would thereby be able to participate in a scheduled demonstration [and a test] of the soon-to-be-operational "Self-Driving Linden Shuttle."

During our meeting, CACDI members and others -- with and without various disabilities -- rode on the test self-driving shuttle [around the parking lot] and let the people who are managing that shuttle know whether that shuttle is accessible for people with all potential disabilities.

One thing about the shuttle that I remember is that the wheelchair ramp does not have "raised lip guardrails" that would prevent a wheelchair user from rolling at the wrong angle and thereby partially falling off of that wheelchair ramp.

The 2.9-mile Self-Driving Lindon Shuttle route will have four stops: the COTA Linden Transit Center at 1390 Cleveland Ave., the Rosewind Resident Council at 1400 Brooks Ave., the Douglas Community Recreation Center at 1250 Windsor Ave., and St. Stephen s Community House at 1500 E. 17th Ave.

This self-driving shuttle is intended to provide what is sometimes called "first-mile-last-mile" public transit service that would connect residents to Central Ohio Transit Authority [COTA] routes and to social services.

While preparing to leave St. Stephen's Community House and before I had decided how best to travel home, I ran into a friend from Marion County who is a survivor of Traumatic Brain Injury [TBI] who receives services, including free meals that are available for seniors, from St. Stephen's Community House.

My friend would have attended that day's CACDI meeting had he known about it; he might attend future CACDI meetings now that he knows about them.

Before I close, I want to be sure to provide the following information.

If you request a key to use the bathroom at St. Stephen's Community House, it might be helpful to know that that key does not fit into the top keyhole of the bathroom door [the deadbolt] but that it does fit into the lower keyhole [in the center of the turn handle].

Love saint Stephen's community House pantry but they are stingy on the food I got two kids day before yesterday I got one thing a tissue two packs of hamburger Patty's and a big tray of brownies and cooking oil the lady told me that's all I get stop being stingy

Great place if ur looking for help with ur addiction . I have my sister in law, up here now she's getting help with her addiction I'm real proud of her for trying. But they will see u here even if u don't have insurance & they also give u these cards that really knock the price of ur scripts down low really like close to a hundred dollars of ur prescription thats really good it's like $134 something to fill the script with the card it was only $34 u can't beat that. So if ur serious & don't have insurance but would really like to get help to get off what ever ur addiction is this is a vary good place & they don't make u spend every day here for groups I think it's only twice a month & meet with ur counselor once a month to. But u do have to see the Dr once aweek to start out. But it's really worth & ull really be happy once u start seeing u can have a life a can after addiction. It's awesome.
