Horrible service my dad is diabetic and they left him all day without eating

This establishment is very uncoordinated and unorganized. They only care about getting paid and not necessarily giving the correct care for a patient. My grandmother is in 12th floor and the nurses are more concerned with getting her discharged (tho she needs further care) rather than actually helping her. They told me she couldn t stay any longer because she had already been there for more than they re 5-7 day window and that she has to vacate the premises immediately as Medicaid will not be able to pay for her any longer. What kind of establishment does that?! Puts a deadline before the treatment of the patient?! If I could give -2 stars, believe you me. I WOULD.

Wonderful Follow-up With My Doctor Great Staff And Service

I don't know how the care is but the Release of information dept. is horrible. I work at a medical facility and this hospital doesn't ever send records when they transfer patients. When I fax a request to the Medical Records Dept it still doesn't get done. I try calling but can't ever get anyone on the phone and the voicemail is always full. If I do speak to someone they are always rude and refuses to help. Records are needed to care for patients from one facility to the next but this place doesn't get it.

Personally, I liked it. Very friendly staff I speak from my own experience. Very good

At the reception they were very friendly. And the therapists were very friendly and professional. It shows that he is concerned about the health of his patients, he is always attentive to what I need.
And with a smile that changes your mood! I think it's called Giorgin !! ??
