I came in as an emergency patient with serious back and side pain. I had traveled to the area for the weekend and had no idea about the quality of the any facility in the area. I can say with no hesitation that the facility was top-notch, and the staff was friendly, courteous and above all - professional. Many thanks to everyone at St. Lukes!

I recently tested positive for COVID-19, and because I am in two higher risk categories, my primary care provider, Dr. Lisa Broyles, urged that I have the BAM Monoclonal Antibody Infusion. Everything from the drive-through testing at the hospital s ER, to the proactive measures from Dr. Broyles, to the infusion itself; all were very timely, and smoothly executed. As a result, my symptoms were very mild, and the duration of symptoms was limited to just six days.

Avoid this place like the plague! I have had good doctors there, but you never know who you'll get. Young Covid happy male doctor says to me as soon as he walked in, "you probably have Covid" Meanwhile, I had food poisoning from Hare and the Hound and was suffering dehydration from that, which I told him and was confirmed and in my records which he was holding in his hands, and was noted as such from my visit there the day before (for dehydration ); In fear of being treated for the wrong thing, I left and went to another hospital. They still charged me for the visit even though I left right away, plus charged me $1700 for the day before for 2 IV fluid bags and anti nausea medicine.

Dr. Rosenberg performed a total hip replacement. The experience far exceeded my hopes and expectations! There was initial pain after surgery that was immediately addressed and then only a "charliehorse" type feeling thereafter. I was up and walking the halls as much as I wanted the same day.

Along with Dr. Rosenberg, the staff nurses and P.T. left nothing to be desired. I felt as if I was their only patient and priority. A special thank you to Lucy Morris, RN, who cared for me the first day. Everyone I encountered was kind, polite, professional, and very competent. Lucy made me to feel like her best friend, two peas in a pod. She is an incredible asset to the surgical team... Don't lose her!. Thank you!

Incredible experience here. I went in last December for a fainting spell. Dr Singh and staff were excellent. He was incredibly thorough with his scans and screenings. One of the scans had uncovered a small lump near my kidney. He persisted I follow up with my primary and sent the files over before I was discharged. Turned out to be cancer and it was so extremely early, they were able to remove it with no issues. No radiation treatment afterwards. I am only on the usual rescans post cancer. Dr Singh saved my life.

I recently went to saint lukes hospital er and I have to say I hated every moment I was there. I over herd them talking about my me and my case plus how they need to find a way to keep up with what beds that was dirty or had been cleaned. Not only that the doctor did not sound confidant in my diagnosis plus the nurses was rude one of them even through a bag in my grandma face said it was for my cloths and that not the only time she was disrespectful. I wished I got there names so I could have made a complaint but I was so mad how me and my grandma was treated I left from there and went to Spartanburg regional hospital!

Hospital was very busy and we did have to wait, but staff was excellent and very friendly and handled everything to their best abilities. I went in with my daughters because one was really sick and we were also in a major crisis. They helped my daughter AND helped us with our situation. I was not expecting that and I am soooo grateful the Lord sent me to this hospital. Erin there community helper was amazing! She made so many phone calls until she found a solution and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!! To all the nurses, staff and lunch ladies!!! I pray the Lord brings blessings your way!! My daughters are safely sleeping and my heart can rest!
