This is a backward school district that allows adult bullies to beat young people with wooden boards. Louisiana is still in the dark ages and has not progressed with the rest of America whereby 31 states, DC, Puerto Rico and All American overseas schools are trying to eradicate violence. This school district promotes it. These paid school educators (criminal would be a better term) could not work in another profession and do this without being arrested and incarcerated for assault and battery.
