Vary rude didnt even answer my question when I called in I understand the rush part but when some one trying to figure out if they even would be able to help there problems they should not give no answer poorly rate and there extremely slow for he ER
The employees at HSHS and St. Joseph s Hospital in Highland, Illinois are the best! They also got some of the nicest manual wheelchairs. Thank you!
Never a problem with this hospital. Great staff that is always kind and caring. I have seen other reviews talking about a long wait; long waits are to be expected at an ER if there are several patients ahead of you with more severe injury or illness than you. If you think they should drop everything and take you in immediately for a sprained ankle when there is a heart attack going on then you should hire a personal Doctor to be your on call ER.
We used the ED this morning for an injury my son sustained. I cannot sing the praises enough for each and every person that cared for us! Simply EXCEPTIONAL care! In these stressful times, they cared for us like family. Thank you and appreciate you all!
We have been here over 4 hours for an xray of my kids knee this is more than a ridiculous amount of time for an er visit unacceptable
They took great care of my mother and father. The nurses are compassionate and caring and listen well to the family concerns. It is always a clean and pleasant environment. Their physical therapy implemented the Epley Maneuver to treat vertigo in-house, when other local hospitals would only offer it as out patient. Even the kitchen listens to their patients and tries to meet their individual desires and taste.
Fast and excellent service today! Receptionist personally took me to the change room and the technician helped me tie my gown for my MRI.Very commendable!
I had surgery with them and had an almost two week stay I find the surgeons excellent & informative along with the support staff made my recovery as quick and easy as possible. They truly were professional and took care of business. If not for Cov19 precautions on visitors it would have been a perfect experience. Keep up the great work !
When you suffer from chronic illness that sends you to the hospital more than you'd like they make the assumption that you're there seeking drugs! You can't assume the worst about everyone, not everyone suffers from addiction!! Some people are truly in severe pain! So needless to say myself, my friends and my family will no longer come here!
Had an out patient surgery today to remove my gallbladder and my boyfriend and I were SO happy with nurses and the anesthesiologist. Super nice people, they have conversations with you and really get to know their patients. Thank you all so much for making my experience great and keeping me comfortable!
