Very institutional and cold. The nurses could not agree on care. They are very quick to sedate. And before theI nsurance company had a chance to approve the bills they send nasty and upsetting letters saying if you don t pay within 15 days they will send a collection agency after you and they will never serve you again. Who does that to a grieving family? Especially one that has a perfect credit rating.Seriously, look elsewhere for care for your loved ones.
