Slow service. Dirty tables had asked for a cloth to clean the table the server said the tables are always like that but dirt was on my hands I ended up using a baby wipe to clean my table which once I cleaned it the table was much better! Come on people you have to be more vigilant with cleanliness of your establishment especially at a time like this. Also if a customer asks for a cloth please just give them a cloth!
Bar service guy is quite nice and friendly.Food prepare speed is not too long. Just happy with their food and service. Recommend it
Very disappointed! Booked table for 15xpeople. Got told we will be seated outside. However turned up no lights outside and wasn't willing to serve us. Waited 15mintues no attempt to serve us. Up and left to a restaurant that would take our money .
Food was good. Weather was nice so outdoor seating worked well. Very enjoyable experience. The only downside is we assumed they were affiliated with St John's as it's in an old St John's building and named St John's. We were excited to support St John's through eating out later to find that it was not the case.
Had the Cos salad with added chicken for lunch. Whatever the dressing was, it was amazing! The location couldn't be better. Super easy to order with the New Zealand Venue Co app too, I'm a convert!
Great atmosphere, stunning day hard to go wrong. Food yummy and quick turn around for hungry tummies.
Helpful staff chicken and loaded fries on point.

The food quality has dropped dramatically, the staff were eating on the floor which is unprofessional when they should not eat where customers can see them. There was a table of staff food on table 3 which could have been better used for customers. The staff need more training in everything, the food is below average. I won't be back for awhile because things need to change. Remember bad reviews travel further than good ones. Please be more mindful.
We ate here last Saturday and it was very busy. The staff were exceptional and the food also, we'll certainly be back again to this beautiful venue! Keep up the good work!
Busy, bustling. Nice vibe. Lots of options. bottomless lunch was a cool idea. Paid set price ($49 today) and chose a lunch item and then have bottomless drinks. limited options for drinks but our group enjoyed. I had loaded fries which had pulled pork in it, very yummy.
