The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but at times I felt they could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing concerns. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to a positive learning environment. In terms of pricing, it was reasonable but could have been more competitive compared to other similar organizations. In conclusion, while my experience was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of course variety, staff engagement, and pricing.
