Fantastic doctor!! Always takes his time to ask about health concerns!! Efficient in examining my feet and taking care of nails & calluses!!

Trying to make an appointment over the phone is a nightmare. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Started to make an appointment with someone and got disconnected. Did they bother to call me back? No. They had my number right there on their screen. Had to wait on hold another 15 minutes until someone answered again. Tried their patient portal to schedule while I was waiting the 2nd time. Basically non functional. Make an appointment in person if you can. The doctors we saw were great, as was the physical therapist.

Dr. Sigurdson is great. The one downside was we waited 40 minutes in the exam room between being worked up and seeing her, even though we arrived 20 minutes early. Total time for a short follow up ended up being 1.5 hrs. My son was able to keep busy while waiting, but it made for a very long day in addition to our already long commute time to get there. I don t remember if we waited this long last year, but I am the type to value punctuality so it was frustrating. Also had some scheduling issues. If this happens again, I might reconsider going elsewhere, but hopefully it was just a fluke.

Dr. Holten is just the greatest Dr.!! He is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. He really cares about me and how I m doing and just makes my day!!

St. Cloud ortho is very proficient and finely tuned operation. They are efficient and the processes smooth. Staff are not overly friendly, however they are knowledgeable in their domains.

Was referred to them for surgery from my Dr. After waiting two months for an appointment the Dr that saw me didn't even review my medical records or even knew why I was there. Spent less than two minutes looking at my issue after I explained what was going on he just told me to get therapy and come back in two months. Definitely recommend going somewhere else where they will at least look at your records.

Dr. Holton is one of a kind, an amazing person and fabulous Doctor.! The staff is kind and courteous.

Bar none, the most efficient medical appointment I ve experienced. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Even the X-ray went quickly. And Doc didn t rush the explanations, answering all my questions. Very happy with his office!

Waiting to see doctor is very common here, but this time it was ridiculous because we been waiting for 30 mins and no one coming, my mom has to use restroom and she is still waiting to see doctor. When I stepped out the room to find out, guess what I see them talking and chatting with other nurses about facial done and nails done and some accidents story, cops story and Facebook story and some lady story. I think they have some thing better to do other then that when patients are waiting, they can save stories for break time and I also find out that not just us who were there waiting. There are others also waiting to see same doctor.

So knowledgable, so caring, and takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what is going on and how to help fix it! Highly recommend and tell all my friends and family about Dr. Sigurdson! She's gotten me through breaking bones in my feet three times and did an amazing job with my three foot surgeries.
