Waited to see someone to open a checking account. 45 min and a phone call from the wife about our screaming child and I left. Couldve found a better way to waste an hour

My whole family has been banking with them since I Can remember . I'm now 20 and none of us have had any issues. Extremely friendly and quick. I highly recommend banking here .

Always readily available vie phone or in person to assist with questions, ordering checks etc.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My sister introduced me to these guys about a month ago, I have to say they have great service with patient and knowledgeable employees. I'm glad to see a company that goes above and beyond.

Worst banking experience I have ever had. I have excellent credit and always have, but staff treated me like I am trash. I am closing my account and going elsewhere.

This company is amazing, but I with they could transfer more then 1 thing at a time due to the long processing time.

They did a wonderful job assembling our Volunteer Handbooks which is a necessity in enrolling mentors, as well as working with Littles to construct a craft project. They were a joy and delight to have in the office!

I absolutely love banking here, and would recommend it to everyone. 99% of the employees are the most helpful and pleasant people to figure out your financial questions and problems. Would definitely recommend banking here.

I'm a proud customer of the St. Cloud Federal Credit Union's family of locations. I've used their services for several years and what I like best about them is their small town hospitality. They remember your name and use it when you're banking with them. Customers always appreciate that.

They also offer very competitive rates and most of the services that I need. Personally, I'm a fan of their Sartell location and staff, simply because that's the location I use the most. They have walk-in and drive-up hours available.

I do wish that they offered a few additional services, such as the ability to exchange currency, for those overseas business trips and the like. Aside from that, I've always been very pleased with their service.

Recommended here from a friend after I was getting tired of various fees incurred at Wells Fargo. Very friendly staff, love it here!

Opened an account on 2/10/2020. On February 27th I still didn t have my debit card... I called and they said they made an error on the address and they would send me a new one right away. I called on Thursday and I was suppose to have a new card Tuesday... never got the new card. Finally ended up closing the account because I was so frustrated. It shouldn t take almost a month to get a debit card...

The insurance company that works with St. Cloud Financial are absolute thieves. I have never heard of an insurance premium that is $3300.00 for 3 months. That is absolutely disgusting. No insurance company any where in the country charges that much money for 1 vehicle s full coverage. They are non-negotiable with that number and claim that there is nothing they can do. I will never ever do business with a company that is that disgusting especially in these difficult times. Are you kidding me? I am doing everything I can to get out of this. Get a loan and bank elsewhere!! They are horrible people!

Terrible Insurance company backing this place. Absolutely unreasonable. I can't believe big companies are allowed to get away with what they do... Awful.
