Incredibly rude staff. They seem legitimately angry that they have to talk to people. If you ask a question, be prepared for condescending remarks and attitude.

The Judges are flawed. Shame on you to use your power to exclude my case from being heard in this unfair justice system. I m not giving up that my rights and you Judges continue to take that away from me. That s the great America we live in. Certain class of people is not being treated fair. Judges what that called.

They've chosen to BLACK male and coercion through the use and abuse of American WOMAN and THE children and men they have chosen.

The staff needs to learn how to properly talk to ppl, they are impatient and rude.

I called today about early voting and for help uploading my Guardianship annual report. This was the best experience that I have ever had in calling a courthouse. I know it depends on what the call is about and attitudes but for the most part, I have not had a rude person at any point over the last 8 years of living in Belleville. All 3 people were amazing and extremely friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Thanks for dealing with me!!

I wish I could give this place a half of a star because the staff is super rude. I understand that you hate your job but that should not be taken out on the taxpayers. I pray these people find inner peace and a better job if they hate it that much.

I asked basic details to the clerk who was doing the paper work for my divorce , after being talked down to multiple times I found myself apologizing to her for "annoying" her. I explained I have never been divorced before so the situation was confusing. He response was "And I've never been married before, happy divorce day" Literally the worst part of that day was dealing with that disgusting excuse for a human. Considering I got divorced 20 minutes later that is saying alot. She is literally being paid to talk to people like this. I feel bad for her coworkers.

I can't believe how rude everyone was on the phone. I said good morning and how are you to3 different people. Every response was a dry "how can I help you". How hard is it to be friendly?

I had a question about my ticket and how would I go about paying it and what not so I called because this is my first ticket the person on the phone was so rude y all need a better staff your there for a job and what you need to have is good service.

Called twice to ask questions about missed court date and lady was very friendly! Thank you!

I thought this place was to help people.' I went to court for a divorce, then they send me a form with TERRIBLE instructions. I have called over 45 people trying to get help and they all say it isn't their problem. So what exactly do you do besides give attitude and be rude. I am a single mom in need of help and support. I always hear how the state works in the mothers favor and yet NO ONE will help me at all!!! the system is flawed and if i don't get this fix before the 15th I will be out of a home next month with three kids. circuit clerk was very very rude. she said "well you have to do it you self I cannot do it for you" i let her know I was just asking basic questions about the stuff they said I can find in my decree that wasn't there and she said "you have to do it yourself" what exactly do you do then?? I've never had a worse experience wish you could give negative stars..... as I said no help and if these papers are not filed, then I will be homeless ! (: Thanks st. Clair county clerk! you are truly a winner.

I just called in with a property tax question, got right through to the assessor's office and the clerk could not have been any more friendly and informative. I've done a lot of business in the Saint Clair County Courthouse over the past two decades and a FIVE STAR review is not only well-deserved but long overdue. My appreciation also to Brenden Kelly and the State's Attorney's office as I know these are very smart, hard working professionals that genuinely care about our community.
