Attended the Vaccine event today and it was a flawless experience. So over the top professionally organized! I was done with my 2nd shot in no time flat.

This is a great indoor venue for concerts. Always a good show when seeing concerts here. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because parking is terrible. Good luck getting out if you are not parked in vip. Wish more concerts were here.

The venue itself and the attended concert was spectacular! Parking took entirely too long!

The staff here was . I digress! The reason we were there though was Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live and my kid loved it! We saw his fave Bone Smasher and were so close. Tons of fun. The venue though had 1 food vendor for all the ppl, cash only parking, didn t let us have a diaper bag, so that was frustrating. Hot Wheels on the other hand was awesome.

Saw The Monkees there. The seats were comfortable, but showed quite a bit of age. LONG line to get in due to COVID check, but had the same thing at The Pageant 2 nights ago and got right in with only 4 people in front of me. It didn't feel like there was a bad seat in the place

If I could give a lower score, I would. We attended the Hot Wheels Monster Truck Show with our 3 year old son. We arrived for a pre show event where we could get up close to the trucks. After entering we were told that there was no reentry. We said we had food in our car and asked if we could leave and come back for the show in a couple hours. The arena staff said no, but that concessions would open in a few hours and if we wanted to, we could take our kids to the smoking section to get outside for a while. There was only one concession stand open to serve thousands of people and the line stretched to the other side of the arena. This place is an absolute joke.

I was so happy and sad to attend the Monkees Farewell Tour at the Family Arena last night. I had a great time and the staff at Family Arena were helpful and I was very comfortable in the Arena.

The venue is pretty good, but parking is some of the worst I've ever experienced. Just getting into the lot took 40 minutes. They also only had one gate open, so it took around 20 minutes just to get on. The event we attended there was only one concession stand open for the entire facility. My wife waited on line for 45 minutes to get food. Just a mess overall but we did enjoy the monster trucks.
