I had one of the best hospital experience one could have !!! The nurses were absolutely amazing!!! They took such good care of me .!!!! Thank you to my nurses your the bomb !!!

Had a surgery done there and they took the best care of me. Every and I mean every nurse assigned to me were the sweetest and caring nurses!! Always made me feel comfortable and always attended my needs.

Doctors & thieves they both were masks, modern day, meet magician. I wish I could go lower than 1. I feel like I got legitimately robbed by them. I never have felt the need to do a review until now. I went because I was having issues breathing. I was tested twice for Covid both negative so I was sent to the ER for further testing. After 6 hours of waiting I was told I had to sign all my paper work before I could speak to the doctor. $$700 is what I have to pay. Just for simple tests to be ran, and nurse, not a doctor comes out and hands me a packet. I had a lot of questions and she said if I had questions I could see the last few pages, and rushed back to her station I m assuming. I got no answers and no follow up just a paper saying come back if you re still sick in two days. $700. I wish I could be given results before signing or had all my questions and concerns addressed. I work retail so I m very patient and understanding. %100 this place is a rip off.

This is my first time going to St. Bernardine MC. The line was long to get in for my Appointment with the Respiratory Department. Checking in at admission was good. Customer Service pointed out that my address was different from my license/admission papers. Advise me to call my insurance, primary Dr & Specialist who ordered my Exams. RT department personnel was nice, accommodating, answered all my questions & I was told that my results will be read the next day by a pulmonologist & it will be fax to my Specialty doctor. The following week, I checked with my Specialty Dr. Office to check if results were in & the office never received it. I called the RT department to make my results are fax. They took my name, dob, & phone # to be called back. No response for a whole week with my daily phone calls to get my results. The end of the week came, I was still following up to get results, a new front desk person got it done for me. The Pulmonary Function Test Tech or RT finally Fax to my doctor's office on a Friday at 5:30sh or so, of course by that time. My Dr office is close. Communication is the key to things done, Do Not promise patient's if the Team can not deliver Results. Do not give patients empty promise just do your Job properly do that patients don't get Stress. Than you!!

My usual urgent care changed their clinic times so I tried this urgent care. They were very Covid conscious snd would not let lots of people in the lobby at one time. It took awhile to reach the clerk but after I did the rest of the process went quickly. They X-ray my foot did not see an obvious break but found one after sending to radiologist. The radiology tech was amazing snd informative, the nurses wonderful. I will return there for my urgent care needs

I had severe pain in my abdomen. The only comfortable position was lying down sideways. They left me on the floor while security kept telling me I couldn't do that. It was the nurses there at 3am. I was next to an empty bed. I could not believe that these nurses were as heartless as they were. Laughing and making jokes about a person with that much pain. Garbage human beings without a doubt. These people are being hailed as heroes. These er nurses are disturbing. A serious shame to their profession

The nurses were excellent all shifts, kind and helpful. The food was excellent especially the lemon bar and I don t even like lemon bars. There were was one nurse that was particularly helpful the best nursing skills I ve seen for a nurse in my entire career working in the medical field he should receive kudos for what he did. I had a bad reaction to the anesthesia and between he and I will work herself out of it I stopped hallucinating on the 23rd when they discharged her I think you for your time Katie

I got made fun of by a "male nurse or doctor" that took my vitals. Nice going

I had surgery I felt so comfortable with the sisters around especially Katherine made me feel better thank you so much

My aunt died in this hospital yesterday. And this hospital wouldn't allow her daughters in without getting the vaccine. So they never got to say goodbye. Left them clueless for hours in the waiting room. I was at loma linda with another aunt just a couple weeks ago. And they allowed me in with a mask. So if your losing a loved one,and dont believe in vaccines. Avoid this place
