St. Barnabas Health System Reviews

St Barnabas has been a blessing to our family. My FIL moved in 9 months ago and loves it. Apartments at the Villages have been updated and are gorgeous. Plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. We all enjoy the restaurants and food when we visit. Medical center is conveniently located and doctors are wonderful. Barney bus available regularly for shopping trips and other outings. Highly recommend!

My parents moved here a year ago and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and caring and interested in the needs of the residents. My parents are very glad they moved here.

If the company cares enough to look at their reviews, I'd be happy to elaborate with the correct person on why I am leaving this rating. If you are inquiring about sending your family here, go somewhere else.

They need to update a lot of things at this place. Buildings and amenities are showing age. Apartments are nice, but the buildings and amenities are all old. Activities for residents are not well organized and the equipment is all old. Management doesn't seem interested in listening to residents and improving the facilities. There are many newer retirement places to choose from - why settle for a place that hasn't been updated in 30+ years. Look closely if you are considering this place. Their focus is on raising money for their "non-profit" - not on improving the facility and services that residents pay for.

Does not care about their own staff, only their image.
