St. Anna gets it, hospitality. Staff, from specialist to nurse, from food worker to facility service provider, all do their utmost to take care of you, equip you and support you during your stay. Always friendly and attentive, professional and professional, everyone goes for you! Absolutely great!

Paid parking and having to walk up and very far with a wheelchair or if you have difficulty walking which is difficult

Mijn oudste zoon heeft diabetis1/autisme/verstandelijke beperking, en hier word altijd op gelet. Gezien hij ook een hoge pijngrens heeft en dus niet of nauwelijks feedback geeft, gaan ze altijd heel goed met h'm om. Natuurlijk moet je bij de EHBO wel eens wachten of is iemand anders eerder aan de beurt in de wachtkamer, maar onze ervaring is dat men dit goed kan beoordelen.
Niets dan lof !

I came from Belgium for an appointment with a dental surgeon. Booked the appointment by phone and asked how much it would cost, answer "I don't know". Also asked if I could pay on the spot with bank contact, answer: "not necessary, the invoice will be sent". Upon arrival 500 euros must be paid as a guarantee for my appointment to take place. The cost of the appointment? 165 euros. 1 week later I am still waiting for the balance of the 500 euros. Unprofessional Customer Service!

Very bad communication. Would be called within 3 days for the result. I am now 2 weeks further and have nothing yet. Already contacted twice and have not been called while they claim this. Bad.

It is a nice hospital where you are always helped friendly.

5 sterren puur voor alle gastvrijheid etc . En op ervaring van eigen,zkh opname .
1 heeeeeeeeellll erg storende factor die niet 1ster verdiend is de catering.
Je kunt alleen bij de koffiebar bestellen . Zelfs geen bezorging in de wachtkamers als je niet weg kunt ivm een gehandicapt familielid .
Dit heb ik niet bij de beoordeling van het zkh meegeteld, omdat t een bedrijf in t bedrijf is .

Advies : eigenaar op laten nemen en dosering hoffelijkheid toedienen (extra doses). Zet gewoon dan wat apparatuur neer.

Been to the plaster room in particular. Never before been as friendly and helpful as with the St Anna in Geldrop.

Our son broke his arm during the holiday in Brabant. He was well received and treated in this hospital. We as parents are very satisfied!

I love this Gebortecentrum. My baby was born here. The nurses, doctors and waiters, cleaners here, are nice and very helpful.The food was tasty. Was a very good experience.

Very simple. If you have a question, complaint or comment you can simply get the benefit of this retarded hospital. You are not being helped, you are definitely not being listened to, and there is already NO RETURN. It is outrageous that this pile of concrete calls itself a hospital.

Excellent hospital. Good, modern, good route indication. Only paid parking for visitors (often already weak in society with a small grant) is outrageous of course for an activity with a huge budget and ditto salaries for the specialists. It does not have to be a parking lot for the city center of Geldrop, but patients and visitors must still be able to get at least an exit ticket.

Gisteren acuut op de EHBO terecht gekomen omdat ik flauw was gevallen Bij binnenkomst alleen maar naar de wonden gekeken Nog niet eens een bloeddruk gemeten of een hartfilmpje 2 verpleegkundigen gezien waarvan ik de pijn een score moest geven Ik gaf het een 8 en zelf na een half uur achter mijn pijn tabletjes na moeten gaan . Nou ik vraag me af waar ze hun diploma hebben gekregen

Very nice hospital here as a patient you are approached as a person. These hospitals must never disappear. Here you are not a number like in many other hospitals.

I have been in contact with several outpatient clinics at this hospital. Only bad experiences. Last appointment at the dental surgery, I literally went in for 3 minutes. I received an invoice of 67 Euro (22+ Euro per minute): D

Fine hospital. You are not a number. Friendly staff. I have a lot in the hospital. Staff lives with you. Hopefully I do not have to lie there for a while. It has been enough.

Had to visit several times over the years that I resided here (from cycle accidents or blood tests, to more serious stuff) and in my opinion the staff here are World class!! Now that I'm back in the UK I just wish they had hospitals here that came close.

Was on Friday, August 17 in the ST Anna Hospital with Dr. Contalves in front of my eyes, was in and out within a minute. I have seen everything blurry and double for 5 weeks, the doctor said eye infection should be better with this ointment within a week, which proves it will only get worse. I have the idea that in Geldrop they work with minutes instead of people. I called again tomorrow and got the answer yes but it is busy and you just got in between !!!! also take further steps here.
