St. Ann's Community Review

I love the people here they are so kind and loving. My great Aunt lives here and she loves it . They have a camp in the summer we re the employees kids go and attend. They provide meals aloes they go with the elders and do crafts and other fun activities. There was a elder wow never smiled and when he did carts he face lit up with joy . What a wonderful experience for everyone I completely think you should put your loved ones in this amazing community!

Wonderful experience with them when it came to my grandmother who struggled with dementia. They were so considerate and when she passed, you could see how deeply the staff cared for her at her service. Thank you!

My mom has stayed in 4 different nursing homes after major surgeries. She seems to have many complications every time. St. Ann's on Portland was by far our best experience - for her and for our family. The facility was lovely (We all liked her floor's eating area that felt welcoming - not all are like that.) The nursing staff and other staff members were knowledgeable and helpful and caring. They all dealt with the anxiety filled moments very well and appropriately. I highly recommend St Ann's Community.

My Grandfather, then Father-in-law both had long term stays. St. Ann's was a very pleasant atmosphere for frequent visits. Helpful and friendly Staff and good food.

Have visited many times. Very clean and professionally run adult living facility.

My mother lived there for a little over 5 yrs and St. Anns does truly care for the most important people on earth. We just thank god she passed away pre-covid and didn t have to endure the loneliness of not seeing her family for almost a year. The Pastoral Care Dept met and exceeded all her spiritual needs and made her final days so memorable.

My mother-in-law received wonderful care when she lived at St. Ann's while suffering from vascular dementia in the final years of her life. The staff were like an extension of our family, and we formed friendships with staff members that continue to this day. They take good care of those in their care.

Treated me terribly. Worked there and was accused of something that did not involve me. Specifically chapel oaks. Has mice too.

Wonderful Mass service at the Chapel and the food served there is very good!

We hold Morning Prayer (Liturgy of the Hours) Tuesday, 9 a.m. in St. Ann's Chapel. All are welcome. Not during Covid19. Find us on Zoom.

My granny passed away a few days ago, but was a resident of St. Ann's for over six years. While she lived there, she received good care. The chapel located on-site is a place of solace and respite from the harsh realities of the last years of life. The facility is well-equipped to attend to those suffering from neurodegenerative decline.
