I play baseball at this feild, the umpire named richard, comes to every game tipsy, his calls are terrible and he curses at the players. If you want a fun and enjoyable time playing baseball DO NOT GO HERE! Other then that, the feild is very nice.

We have attended many of the special events located at St Andrews. The solar eclipse event was by far the best. Very friendly folks. They had a well prepared area for viewing, live bands, decent food choices. It was a good time.

This was the most unsafe place I have ever taken m...

This was the most unsafe place I have ever taken my children for camp/care. We did two different camps here over the summer with my two daughters. The camps were unorganized and entire program was chaos. Children running everywhere. Counselors were not keeping an eye on children. Drop off and pick-up were a complete mess. At one point, one of my children was missing from the group, hundreds of kids running around, counselors walking in and out of the picture and not one person knew where my child was. I was discouraged after the first camp of the season but figured it must have been because it was their first week in session. When we returned at the end of the summer for our second camp, I saw no improvement. Camp instructors would leave large groups of kids alone until they were picked up by parents. There was no one at the door to make sure kids stayed in the building. My four year old got nervous after I left one morning and walked straight out of the building and came running to me at the car in the parking lot. Not one person out of probably 20 counselors (all under the age of 25) even attempted to stop her. There was no one at the door to greet families as they arrived on Mondays, we all simply stood in a long line that stretched through the parking lot, with no direction or assurance that we were in the right place. After we checked kids in, they just said, "they can go sit on the bleachers until their name is called." At 4 and 7, this isn't an acceptable drop off for my kids. Especially when there are hundreds of kids running around willy-nilly. WE will never return. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Great sports programs, amazing and attentive staff, lots of affordable and kid friendly events! My kids always enjoyed the Halloween Carnival and went every year until they were too old. They are truly an asset to recreation in the West Ashley area!

Wanted to host my daughters birthday here last year. The lady I spoke with said that was fine , everything was working. She took our money and waited til The Day before my daughters birthday to call and tell us the bathrooms were broken and all 30+ guest would have to use a porter potty. Very unprofessional. Luckily we had a back up plan. But this was unprofessional . The day before a kids birthday thats horrible. She did return the money but will not return to this park .

My 3 year old daughter loves this park because the slides are "super fast" she says! Its a nice gated playgroumd area with multiple slides, swings and other equipment to keep kids happy and entertained. I noticed a baseball field and tennis field located here as well. Overall, my daughter and I really enjoyed our time here. #ayterrell

The St. Andrew's Parks & Playground really is beautiful.
It is worth the drive out there & you can spend as much time as you want.
There isn't much to say other than...you should see it for yourself.

Great park for kids and adults.

Great park for kids and adults.
Went there to hold a candle light vigil for one of my best friends. It was a good place to hold a gathering as such. #AubreyZanders

One of the cleaner and better kept recreational parks in Charleston. Two seperate playgrounds, baseball fields, tennis courts. Take my toddler here all the time and it's never very crowded, maybe one or two other families.
