Always ready to help and really good service and staff coming out

Have had an incredibly bad experience with this company, they are out on their own and determine the task and you get a description of what is going to happen. It says they must remove the floor and kitchen under vacuum and subsequently set up dehumidification. They then choose to send 2 men (women) for the first time they arrive at 12:00 (although the agreement was at 7:30) and they leave again at 14:30 they reach the distant 3 kitchen cupboard. They work without safety equipment (There is mold), they do not have suppression, but instead use a dehumidifier to vent a contraband. Four days later they come again, this time only one person and funnily enough she couldn't reach it either. After some pressure, they found someone who could finish the job. However, they subsequently chose to set up the dehumidifier in a way so that there was overpressure in the room with mold so that all air from that room was squeezed out in all other rooms (Together with dust from glass wool under the floor)

The collaboration was then discontinued and we got a proper damage company on the back and they complained the rest of the dehumidification without any problems.

Incredibly poor service. Every time I catch them, they promise to call back. And every time, just nothing happens. They promise to come out the week after the injury, but only 2 months later, they get a dehumidifier set up. All the employees you talk to just pass the blame on to the others - none of them are in control of anything.

Reasonable professional and helpful so you can spend the time you need

Bad service. Lacks all expensive clothes and fur (has disappeared) missing information.

Was contacted that an employee who seemed threatened and unruly because he could not decide the timing of a dehumidification case. We have recommended our insurance company to use another supplier
